What Does It Mean to Hold It Lightly?
Most spiritual traditions, from yoga to Buddhism to whatever your grandmother muttered while stirring chai, offer some version of the same wisdom:
Don’t grip life so hard.
For a long time, that made absolutely no sense to me… Until it did.
