Menopause Support

Psychological support for women navigating the emotional, psychological and physical changes of menopause.

Menopause is more than a hormonal change that can affect half of the world’s population…

It's a bio-psycho-social transition that can affect a woman’s body, mind and relationships. Yet many women are left trying to make sense of symptoms with little education or support.

Menopause is a lot more than hot flashes…

Whether you're experiencing unusually high levels of anxiety, low mood, brain fog, sleep difficulties or don't feel like yourself anymore, you don't have to navigate this transition alone.

Does this sound familiar?

Maybe you've noticed that you're:

  • Feeling more more anxious or overwhelmed than usual.

  • Struggling to sleep, even though you're exhausted.

  • Losing confidence or questioning yourself more than you used to.

  • Finding it harder to concentrate or think clearly.

  • Feeling irritable, emotional or unlike yourself.

  • Wondering whether it's stress, burnout, menopause... or something else.

If any of this sounds familiar, you're not imagining it, and you're certainly not alone.

These experiences are common during perimenopause and menopause.

Yet, many women are not told that changes in hormones can affect their mental and emotional wellbeing just as much as their physical health.

It can sound like…

"Why am I reacting like this?"

"I used to cope much better."

"I don't recognise myself anymore."

"I feel really off and nothing seems to be helping"

A Whole-Person Approach

Menopause isn't just about your hormones. It's a transition that can affect your body, your mind and your daily life.

Hormonal changes can influence sleep, mood, concentration and emotional regulation. At the same time, many women are navigating changing relationships, caring responsibilities, career pressures, ageing parents, or simply asking different questions about who they are and what comes next.

That's why I take a holistic approach. Together we'll look at the whole picture, not just your symptoms, to help you better understand your experience and find practical ways to support your wellbeing in the present moment and also, who you are becoming.

Why I focus on Menopause Care

Menopause is one of the most significant transitions many women will experience, yet it's often overlooked, misunderstood or reduced to a list of physical symptoms.

Around half the population will experience menopause, yet many women still reach this stage of life feeling unprepared and unsupported.

Despite increasing awareness, nearly three in four women are unaware that menopause can trigger new mental health difficulties, and psychological symptoms such as anxiety, low mood, brain fog and loss of confidence remain widely misunderstood.

I'm particularly interested in helping women navigate the emotional, psychological and identity changes that can accompany this stage of life, and how understanding these changes can help women feel more informed, empowered and supported.

To deepen my knowledge in this area, I have completed professional training in Menopause Coaching and CBT for Menopause, alongside my work as an HCPC Registered Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, Yoga Teacher and Yoga Nidra Teacher. This allows me to offer evidence-informed psychological support alongside practical strategies for navigating menopause with greater confidence and self-compassion.
