Yoga for Rest and Recalibration

Modern life can leave many of us feeling overstimulated, emotionally overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from ourselves.

Sometimes we become so used to living in a constant state of stress or activation that rest itself can begin to feel unfamiliar.

Alongside therapy and coaching, I also offer gentle nervous system regulation practices through Yoga Nidra and breathwork.

These practices are grounded in trauma-informed care and are known to be supportive of a system going through change and stress. Designed to support rest, grounding, emotional steadiness, and reconnection with the body.

Yoga Nidra:

Yoga Nidra is a guided rest practice that helps support deep relaxation while gently settling the nervous system.

Breathwork:

Intentional breathwork practices help bring awareness to the body, regulate stress responses, and create space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

My approach is gentle, accessible, and non-performative. This is less about ‘bendy yoga poses’, but more about creating supportive spaces for rest, reflection, and regulation.

I offer:

  • 1:1 Yoga Nidra sessions (online and in person)

  • Guided breathwork and nervous system regulation practices

  • Small group workshops

  • Recorded audio practices and resources
