1:1 Mentoring
Mentoring
Mentoring is a reflective space for people navigating change.
It sits somewhere between therapy and coaching and aims to offer perspective, emotional depth, and practical tools to help you make sense of where you are and how to move forward.
This is about creating a space to think, feel, and respond differently with an experienced professional offering their own take on things.
1:1 Mentoring (Individuals)
I currently work with a small number of mentees over a 6-month period, offering a steady, supportive space for reflection and growth. (The current co-hort is full. Next c0-hort in 2027)
People often come to mentoring when they are:
navigating a life transition or identity shift
feeling “in between” versions of themselves
wanting support, but not necessarily therapy
looking for perspective, structure, and tools
Sessions are conversational, thoughtful, and grounded, drawing on my background as a therapist, alongside practical frameworks that help you move forward in a way that feels aligned.
I currently have a small cohort of mentees and open spaces periodically.
If you’re curious about whether this is the right fit, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
Mentoring for Organisations
Alongside 1:1 work, I offer mentoring-style support for organisations who want to better support the emotional wellbeing and development of their people.
This can be particularly helpful for:
employees navigating periods of change, stress, or transition
organisations wanting to offer reflective, non-clinical support
teams working in high-pressure or values-driven environments
This is not therapy, and not traditional coaching. It’s a grounded, human space that allows people to pause, reflect, and develop a more sustainable relationship with themselves and their work.
Support can be offered as:
1:1 mentoring sessions for employees
short-term programmes
or tailored support depending on your organisation’s needs
If you’d like to explore this further, feel free to get in touch.
