Online Delivery
The workshop will be delivered live via Zoom.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable internet connection and a device capable of accessing Zoom.
Confidentiality
Participants are invited to contribute as much or as little as they wish.
To help create a safe and respectful learning environment, everyone is asked to treat anything shared by other participants as confidential and not discuss personal stories outside the group.
While confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in an online group, all participants are expected to respect one another's privacy.
Nature of the Workshop
Applied Yoga Philosophy is an educational and reflective workshop exploring traditional yogic philosophy and its relevance to everyday life.
It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice or crisis support. Taking part in this workshop does not create a therapeutic relationship between participants and SV Therapy.
If you are currently experiencing significant mental health difficulties or require therapeutic support, this workshop may not be the most appropriate service for your needs.
Respectful Participation
This workshop aims to create an inclusive, supportive and respectful learning environment.
Everyone is welcome to ask questions, share reflections and participate at a level that feels comfortable for them. Disrespectful, discriminatory or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
Minimum numbers
Workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. If this number is not reached, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
Changes
Occasionally, it may be necessary to make minor changes to the workshop content or schedule. Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
